From their nuclear weapon tests to their threats against the United States, it is clear that North Korea is a country that should not be underestimated. In recent years, North Korea has made great strides in developing their nuclear capabilities. While they are not yet at the level of the United States or Russia, they are still a force to be reckoned with. Additionally, North Korea has a large army and is capable of causing a lot of damage. Thankfully, North Korea has not yet acted on any of their threats, but it is clear that they are a country that the United States needs to keep an eye on.<\/p>\n

Russia has also signed the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons treaty.
